The schedule
Pro sends three kinds of mail: a heads-up three days before the due date, a note on the due date, then a weekly follow-up while the invoice stays overdue. We do not email Free invoices.

How it runs
A daily job checks due dates and sends through Resend. Your business name and Reply-To come from Settings. Polar is the merchant of record for the Pro subscription — they charge the card, not Invoisory.
Questions
- Are reminders on the free plan?
- No. Free invoices are never emailed by us. Upgrade to Pro to send automatic payment reminders.
- Who do replies go to?
- Reply-To uses your billing email so the client writes back to you, not to Invoisory.
- Can I turn reminders off?
- Yes. Pause them for the whole workspace in Settings, or mute a single invoice.
