How to make an invoice
Create a free account, add the client’s name and email, then open a new invoice. Add line items, a due date and notes. Totals update as you type. Download the PDF and send it however you already talk to that client.
When to upgrade
Stay on Free until invoicing is a habit. Pro removes the monthly cap, drops Invoisory branding from the PDF, adds your logo, and can email payment reminders. Business adds premium templates and custom fields such as PO numbers.

- Is the invoice generator free?
- Yes. The Free plan includes 5 invoices a month and PDF download. You can upgrade to Pro when you need unlimited invoices, your logo, and unbranded PDFs.
- Do I need to install software?
- No. Invoisory runs in the browser. You sign in, add a client, build the invoice, and download a PDF.
- Can clients pay from the PDF?
- Not yet. You send the PDF and mark the invoice paid in Invoisory when the money arrives. Online collection is on the roadmap.
